Mission Statement: The primary purpose of the North Central Thousand Oaks Neighborhood Association (NCTONA) is to develop a viable, inclusive neighborhood organization that:

  • Focuses on and identifies those "quality of life" issues which enhance the neighborhood
  • Establishes lines of communications with our government officials, between neighbors and with other parties having an interest in the neighborhood
  • Encourages maximum participation, through membership and volunteerism, to promote and maintain neighborhood social contacts and property values

Become a Member! Membership in NCTONA is voluntary, but membership dues provide the funds to support activities like the garage sale and maintenance of the common areas. Click to print and fill out the membership form, then mail to the address on the form. Thank you for your participation!
